Hours

We are open on certain Saturdays by appointment for client pickups and deliveries.

We will assist clients at the door with heavy paintings and/or frames.

There is a parking lot on Boylston Street a few steps from Ipswich Street where we are located. Clients who wish to ship paintings are encouraged to contact Air Float Systems for shipping boxes (airfloatsys.com), 1-800-445-2580.

We are:

  • A fifteen minute walk from the art gallery district of Newbury Street
  • A five minute walk from the Harvard Club of Boston on Commonwealth Avenue
  • A five minute walk from the "Hynes" stop on the Green Line T. This is very convenient to clients attending art auctions at Heritage On The Garden.

We cordially invite you to visit our turn-of-the-century French style studio designed by architects who derived their inspiration from the ateliers of 19th century Paris. As you enter our building you will be following in the footsteps of such artists as William and Elizabeth Paxton, Philip and Lilian Hale, William and Lee Kaula, and Gardiner Cox. The traditions established by these artists continue to inspire many living artists who work in the building today.

Fenway Studios has been our business location for over 40 years and is a National Historic Landmark. Built in 1910 for artist studios and living space under the influence of the Arts and Crafts Movement, it is a must-visit location for artists, art historians and students of architectural history.
